There is talk to ban avgas. Some exceptions are planned for vintage aircraft and CAMS have decided to do nothing.
I don't know the full truthful story at the moment, but Dave Phillpots has asked can we work to ensure motorcycle racers can continue to use it.
Please comment here if you know anything , have done something or have a good idea about dealing with it.

Avgas contains lead which can cause reduction in intelligence, so should not have any noticeable effect on historic racing guys. If they had any brains, they would be using methanol.
