We have had thsi request;
[mailto:familyreed@optusnet.com.au]

Subject: Rob Roy Historic Hillclimb

As discussed by phone, the MG Car Club Competition Committee is looking to try to get hold of riders and/or bikes that may have competed at the Rob Roy Hillclimb in the 1940’s – 1960’s. We are hoping that your club may be able to supply classic race bikes to be on display at the Hillclimb which will be held on weekend of 28th /29th November 2010.

We are also hoping that your riders may be willing to provide some demonstration runs (not racing) up the hill.

Can I ask that you bring our request to the attention of your members, seek their support and get back to me with decision?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,Derek Reed

That's a nice invitation. Where exactly is Rob Roy. I think I rode there once many years ago. Templestowe? Or is it the one on the way to Launching Place?
