I have been asked to prepare a discussion paper about the matter of Bequests or gifts to MV. Are there any members here with the legal experience or just experience to help prepare such a paper? If so can they contact me direct please? 03 5448 8671 or via the message service on this site.
Thank you

Funding a profit-making corporate bureaucracy is not my idea of fun.

I have met people who are happy to make Bequests to Mv. Including myself.
If others have a different opinions be it, its not compulsory and some complainants may even get a benefit

Bequests to a profit-making corporate bureaucracy are different from bequests to a union.
