Looks like the Vic Classic titles wont be run this year.
It appears Hartwell do not wish to run the meeting as its running at a Loss.
Looks as if we all lose.

went to Vic titles at Broadford in 2000,enjoyed myself, was a pretty good meeting(no falls/blowups),wasn't what you would call a big turnout for home state titles i thought, quite a few interstaters turned up,maybe was too close to winton? (southern classic),missed going last year ,so cannot compare numbers, most promoting clubs don't tend to make big profits, unless its a major meeting numbers wise,i guess they have to draw the line somewhere?in NSW we lost a club run race meeting that had run for a lot of years in November, because the club's majority wern't interested in catering to the minority who raced in the club, bit of number crunching(cold hard facts),and it's ancient history? usually it's the same dedicated people doing all the organising year in /out so most of us can have all the fun?my 10c worth,Mick.
