G'day!

I've built up a 1912 Triumph TT Racer. Are there any other silly old buggers out there with veteran racers? I plan to take it to the old farts meeting at Mt.Gambier in May.

Regards,

Ian

Hi Ian Look forward to seeing your Triumph at Mac Park

I wonder if Peter Scott from Sydney is taking his Rudges ? His rider Mark Vella brought a veteran belt drive Rudge to Winton a couple of times and I think Phillip Island a few years ago . He astounded eveybody how fast it was. I dont know if Mark or Peter owned it you will find Peter Scott's number in his advert in "Just Bikes". It might be worth a phone call to encourage them to come
I will have my KTT and MOV at Mac Park , that is if the MOV will stay in second gear after testing. Have just rebuilt the gearbox by selecting the best bits I have.
The small Velo gearboxes pre 1955 are a pain, Peter Westerman gave me a set of drawings to fit a big (MSS) gearbox in, but I have put them in a safe place !!! Much easier with the drawings than starting from scratch, does anyone have a copy of the same drawings by any chance ?
