It all happenned very quickly and it just did not enter my mind to do anything other than send it to our promotion people and put it on my own file for reference. Then I got a call on the Monday followingit thanking me for the passes and a quick report on the video produced. I shall try and get the info out , but I some times get caught with short time frames.

| Had a call from channel 31. they want some sidecars for a show and info about the Southern Classic Rally. We sahll keep you posted |

| You blokes take life too seriously, apart from my obvious bias, the Channel 31 group has a producer who has previously made the video " On any other Sunday" a doco about outfits. They want to start an aussie version. And they want to separately cover the RALLY section of the Southern Classic because they feel a promo about that component may assist with boosting the numbers attending the RALLY. I reckon if you read my entry again it reads ok, but let me know if you have any more concerns about it. I have put about 200 hours into the Southern Classic preparation so far, and when you see the poster which highlights a solo Triumph a feel you will see the balance between my bias and solos. David is there anyway we can put up an image, would it go to photos? |

Two Wheel Torque is currently airing in Melbourne in its third season on Channel 31 ,
Saturday @ 12 pm mid-day . ( over 30 episodes}
the sidecar boys are going in on Monday to promote sidecars and the Southern Classic Rally

| Chris Large, my passenger Phil Treacey, Richard Franks and myself spent 4-5 hours with Channel 31 to record a show about sidecars the HMRAV and the Southern Classic Festival. We think we had a great result, it shall be shown in about 4 weeks. We just did not have time to talk about the other type of machines because we were making sure we got the Sidecar story across first, trust me we tried. |

BIKES NEEDED FOR TV SHOW
Following the wonderful success we had with the sidecars and Channel 31, an opportunity has arisen for the solo riders to follow in the steps carved by the sidecars. We need really special machines for use on the show please contact Richard Frank for details 03 9578 1159.
