In NSW any applicant for a one event licence must overgo a verbal and riding test prior to recieving it. In Vic. anybody can walk up and get a one event licence, and go racing with any bike. This seems an invitation for create trouble one day based entirely on in experinec and incompetance by a rider. Should any improvements be made?
