33rd Annual Southern Classic 2014

At Victoria State Motorcycle Complex Broadford Victoia


The 33rd Annual Southern Classic 2014 will be held at the Victoria State Motorcycle Complex, Strath Creek Road, Broadford on November the 8th and 9th 2014. Broadford is situated some 90km north of Melbourne along the Hume Highway.

The event is being presented by The Historic Motorcycle Racing Association of Victoria and this years event is in memory of Ray Kelly who passed away in 2014.

Camping will be available at the circuit.

Entries can be downloaded from the HMRAV website www.hmrav.org. Entries close on 10th of October 2014.

How it all started!

Classic Motorcycling Australia was told the sad news that Phyllis Greening passed away in her sleep at about 11pm on the 24th May 2002.

Phyllis was a great inspiration to giving Allan his passion in racing at an early age.

We are all saddened at the loss of such a great woman. Phyllis will be sadly missed by all of her family.
