These are available now. If MA has not listed them on the site soon, I do have a copy. They are 11 pages, David may list them. As Sec Of the Vic. Historic Ma. Committee I ask you inspect, make comment , with a copy to either MV or the Vic. HMC direct asap so we can make a presentation to MA from Vic. Other states will need to make their submissions to their own State based HMC. Go for it !!
