I had a call from a member who is asking if there would be support to separate the up to 350 P4 and P5 into one race and the P4 and P5 500, unlimited and 750 into another race.
The argument is to keep the small 250 away from the big bikes in P5.
What do others think?

I'd love it, I'll start working on my TZ350G today!

Only if the fields are big enough to do it, what would be the reasoning behind splitting the fields if there are only enough competitors to fill out one race grid?

Popeye, there are easily enough P4 and P5 under 350s to make up a decent grid. There is a safety reason for running this way. The big bikes can lap a field of 350s pretty quickly. The comment was made that' you see an historic bike race, and after one lap the bikes are all around the circuit, they're not all together and going for it'.
