The HMRAV is involved with the Shire of Mitchell in planning activities revolving around the Commonwealth Games. I have been attending meetings trying to get a leg in for our Vic Titles & BEARS Championships, in the pre -games publicity. Meetings re conducted in Broadford and I am asking if we have a member who lives closer than I, who could attend on a regular Thursday evening at 7 pm. please contact me on 03 9888 4387 if you think you can put in 10 months involvement on a monthly basis.

John - have you seen the mailout for the upcoming Mitchell Shire events calendar that came out last week. All clubs that use Broadford will get the chance to enter their events for the pre-games hoop-la. Just make sure you have a booking in place and services ordered!! Pre games we have very few weekend dates that are free! During the games we have a few - what about a Classic Motorcycling Australia Forum Track Day at a special rate??
