I have heard Alan Kidd has resigned, so we have a meeting with 2 of potentially 3 commissioners. If there is a dispute as to the accuracy of the minutes what is the legally correct procedure. I am aware that if Alan Kidd decides not to sign the minutes as being a true record of the meeting, and we have rumours about a Philospohy of Historic Racing that has laid dormant but could jump up and bite us how are we riders protected from over zealous MA staff and a commissioiner nobody knows but certainly looks and feels like a lapdog, from pretending the minutes are accurate and presenting us with something that nobody wants.

To "2stroke",
To set the record strait; I have not, and will not, be signing off on the recent HRR Commission Minutes that were presented to me as being a true and accurate record of the meeting, though if asked I would sign off on an accurate record of the meeting. That said I am not aware of a dispute over the matter as my only connection with MA is that of a competitor. The MA board may simply decide to adopt the Minutes they have anyway, I don't know you'd have to ask them.
