I append a posting made on the Isle of Man TT website. if anyone can help in any way - to find the club, a contact, anything, please let me know and I will pass it on. < Bill Snelling Posted: Fri Oct 20, 2006 6:29 pm Location: Laxey One for the Aussie contingent. Keith Campbell, 1957 Junior World Champion is buried in Douglas Cemetery. There was a Mount Olympic MCC badge on his gravestone which has been removed by some low-life. His widow would like to get a replacement, ar a facsimile, does the club still exist, I believe it was in the Melbourne area. >

Dear Peter, my Dad George Campbell(Keith's living brother) and I are going to have a look through what we might have at home. Obviously there are no words to describe what kind of person/s responsible for such actions. Thank you for posting this request and we will do whatever we can. Kindest regards Keith Stewart Campbell. |

Thanks to all concerned regarding the topic of Keith and the Olympic MCC. A friend of George and Keith's, Bob Edmonds has supplied a photo of the clubs badge, he was also a rider and member of Olympic MCC. I have sent the photo supplied to David Greening and I am sure he will post it on this site for anyone interested to see.

Cheers Keith
