Important noise level rule changes
At the November 2006 Motorcycling Australia Board meeting, it was resolved to retain the 102db(A) noise emission level for 2007.
This decision was not correctly reflected in the 2007 Manual of Motorcycle Sport (GCR 12.10).
For clarity, GCRs 12.10.2.1 to 12.10.2.8 and GCRs 17.3 and 17.3.0.1 are to be deleted and replaced with new wording which can be viewed by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
