I just bought a bike from a dealer and found out that I paid more than I should have for the transfer fees and stamp duty.

The dealer indicated 'PD + Stamp Duty' on the contract. Does anyone know what 'PD' means and if the are other fees I am not aware of? This is the 1st time I am buying a bike.

pd?,pre delivery, basically you pay for what the dealer should have done to sell the bike(with a clear concience?)in the 1st place, unless it's a brand new bike?(you pays your money/you takes your choice?),Mick
