The Victorian Historic Mananagement Committee is lodging documents to read on the HMRAV site at You must be logged in to see this link.
The documents are to keep you informed as to what is being reported. The HMRAV does not have an opportunity for comment, this is deliberate because we want all comments in writing sent to your State Historic Management Committee so we can collate all the viewpoints. The final submission will also be published. Use this site for discussion but we do need a specific document from anybody who wants to be included in the final submissions.

Thats some good stuff john. the answers to q 14 & 15 are interesting, could a similar set of questions go out to all historic racers with a log book or not, would MA help with the address of them or is that asking them to actually contribute.

Dunno I shall try something.
I could put up the original shet and the different states could have a go and send the results to me for publication. I bit of an ask around at the Titles would be good.
