Keith, I dont know what anyone else did or did not do but I personally sent in a kind of report on my observations at Winton and did try to keep it objective. I believe that Danny Ahearn from SA sent one in and also believe that the HCMCRSA sent in something as well. I have to say I havent heard anything since other than a phone call from David White which was along similar lines to his posting on here earlier.
Maybe we as a group could come up with a basic format with minimum requirements for the National Championships to present to the next Historic Road Race Commission for their consideration at next years meeting. This should give us about three months to come up with something to present if we start now. If you want to just present ideas and someone off site put it together for presentation I am happy to do it and would email drafts to all interested parties before doing so. My email address can be published here or elsewhere for easy contact or if felt necessary can always get a Hotmail or Yahoo address for this purpose.

Thanks for your reply Alan.
What can be done to ensure the improvement of future meetings?

1 Historic bikes only.

2 Separate classes for all Championship races and periods.

3 Attempt to ensure a naming sponsor/s is locked in well in advance Eg Honda ( as you in W.A. did successfully )

4 Run by a Bike Club.

Cheers Keith, feel free to add to the list...
