Well most of you would have received your log book application with the entries for the aussie titles. Dont know how they will go inforcing the log books unless MA pull their finger out as I sent my application as well as my $20 6 months ago and still yet to receive my log book. Matter of fact I cant even get a reply from them. So if I havent got it by the time the titles are here they can go and get ******if they have an objection to my bike.
You must be logged in to see this link. don't get sent any info on race meetings "don't" people know of our web site!! No wonder we are getting smaller entries to meeting's as not every body enter's every race meeting!! We still have no info from HMRAVic for Winton!! Is it on or what??
I don't know whether you can regard MA as a business, although they do provide a service. They are essentially a non-profit organisation in my opinion. I suggest their role is still that of a union representing riders interests to promoters. Seems to me that a union which is incommunicado for much of the time is no use to anyone. I know a few people who get very touchy about CAMS and MA and their self-progessed Controlling Body status. They are not so smart when the S**t hits the fan when someone gets killed at a race meeting. At the Albert Park GP inquest CAMS suddenlt didn't want 'controlling body' status when they were looking for someone to wear the blame for the corner steward's death. It ended up with the promoter Ron Walker, wearing it.

Re Log Books
At HMRAV Annual meeting last night it was mentioned that MA will issue a statement of lodgement of log book info. Presumably this will be sufficient evidence at Champs at Mallala
