As Secretary of the HMRAV I hear all sorts of stories and one consistant cry is where are the riders? With all the discussions going on about promotion, new classes, categories and the fact that all sidecar riders are Gentlemen, the consist comment is "will the riders turn up." Can we discuss ideas on how we can attract more riders to Historic Racing in a manner that steps sideways from classes etc? Are there other ways we can draw peoples attension to the concept of "Hooning an oldie"
