I am aware of the chance of jokes here, but There has been interest in having more of the sidecar races turned into handicap events. What do other outfit riders think?

I think it depends on the speed differential between fastest and slowest. On speedway they used to handicap Terry Rooney a full lap behind the slowest, he'd still lap the whole field. After he was killed the enthusiasm for handicap races on speedway waned.
Handicap races are a great crowd pleaser, and to a certain extent that's very important.
It all comes down to 'duty of care'. I suggest you will have to monitor your races, and tell the guys how the handicaps will be managed, at the riders briefing.

Is your machine authentic or merely eligible?
