On another topic there was a suggestion about the posability of giving programs away free of charge.
As an administrator I dont belive anything should be given to anybody frr of charge. The programs cost $1350, the track hire and permits about $7000, officials food and accomodation $2000, gate keepers $400, etc.
I feel we need to make each component of the meeting pay for itself. I can say that spectators at the gate when asked do they want a program at $5, either say yes or no. I dont recall any compliants about the $5. At the Southern Classic we sold 400 at the gate which totalled $2000 and went nicely towards helping to cover costs. I am happy to discuss any issue over this matter.
Finally I belive the best way to get spectators to the circuit is for riders to talk about it and even ask me for tickets if we have spare freebies.

Such a meeting may be of interest but one issue noe is the number of meetings we actually. Some members dont want anymore. But lets at least swap supp.regs that may show interstate interest.
